All services are provided in accordance with individual client agreements or project proposals, which will specifically outline deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms.

Eligibility

By using our services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate and timely information, content, and necessary approvals.
Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, including, but not limited to, DLT regulations, data protection laws, and advertising guidelines.
Reviewing and approving campaign elements within agreed timelines to avoid project delays.

Campaign Performance

While we strive to deliver optimal results, AltAds Adtech Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee specific performance outcomes such as leads, traffic, sales, or search engine rankings unless such guarantees are explicitly documented in a written agreement.

Intellectual Property

All marketing materials, creatives, and digital assets developed or created by AltAds Adtech Pvt. Ltd. remain the intellectual property of AltAds Adtech Pvt. Ltd. until full and final payment for the services is received.

Clients retain ownership of their own brand assets, data, and intellectual property shared with us.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. Such information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, unless disclosure is required by law.

Limitation of Liability

AltAds Adtech Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for:

Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
Delays or failures caused by third-party platforms or technical disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
Loss of data, revenue, or business arising from the use of our services.

Use of Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve the use of third-party tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), SMS gateways, or hosting services. We are not responsible for any changes, outages, or limitations imposed by these platforms.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of 15 days. Upon termination, all outstanding dues must be cleared. AltAds Adtech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in case of a material breach of these Terms or applicable laws.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of our services after such revisions will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Consent to Communication

By submitting my details, I acknowledge and override any DND/NDNC registration and authorize AltAds Adtech Pvt. Ltd. and its representatives to contact me through SMS, RCS SMS, Verified SMS, WhatsApp, email, and voice calls. I further consent to share my information on a confidential basis with third parties solely for the purpose of evaluating and processing this proposal.
